A quotation will be forwarded to you asap.
Payment instructions :
After acceptance of the quotation, a deposit of 30% is required. This serves as confirmation of your booking and must be paid, within 48 hours. The remaining balance must be paid at the latest 30 days prior to arrival.
For last minute reservations, less than one month before arrival, we request the full payment at time of booking confirmation.
Cleaning costs are included in the total price
Bed and bath linen are included in the total price
Upon payment of the deposit, DD-Assist (David & Emma) will take over the communication. They are in charge of the maintenance, the key handover & all your relevant questions related to this booking and during your stay. All relevant contact numbers will be shared in advance.
You will receive a refund of the deposit already paid if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival.
You will receive half of the total amount if you cancel between 30 days and 7 days before arrival.
The full amount will be retained if you cancel within 7 days before arrival.
